Concrete Patio Cost Calculator for Prescott, AZ

Frost depth here steps with elevation, so a slab at 3,000 feet and one at 5,000 feet are not the same job. Set your elevation band and it prices accordingly.

What the breakdown is telling you

Nothing on this page is a quote. Contracting work in Arizona requires a licence from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and a price only becomes real when a licensed contractor has seen the property.

The first line is the structure itself, priced per sq ft against the published band on the cost page. Everything under it is optional and priced separately, so you can see what each decision adds rather than watching one total move.

The elevation line is not a multiplier in disguise. Above 4,500 feet the footings get deeper and the frame gets heavier, and that is a real cost with a real cause, so it is shown as its own line.

The last line is the permit. It carries no figure, because none could be verified. When it says “None required” instead of a dash, that is the Yavapai County Ordinance 2025-4, adopted 1 October 2025 detached-structure exemption applying, and it only ever applies in unincorporated Yavapai County.

Which authority you are under decides more than any option on this calculator does, and it takes one phone call to find out.
