This website is an independent guide. It does not offer to perform construction work, it is not an advertisement for contracting services, and no contract of any kind is formed by using it or by sending the contact form.
Cost figures are planning ranges
Every dollar figure on this site, including every figure produced by the calculators, is a planning range for the Prescott and Yavapai County market. None is a quotation, an offer, or a commitment by anyone to perform work at that price. A quotation can only come from a contractor licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors who has seen the property.
Code and permit information is general
Permit, code and wildland-urban interface statements on this site are general guidance drawn from published documents and are not a determination for any particular property. The City of Prescott Building Division, Yavapai County Development Services and each incorporated town’s own building department are the authorities having jurisdiction, and what they decide governs. Ordinances are amended; check the current position before relying on anything here.
No permit fees are published
This site deliberately publishes no permit fee amount for any authority, because no current schedule could be verified. Contact the department with jurisdiction for the figure that applies today.
Contractor licensing
Contracting work in Arizona requires a licence from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This site holds no such licence, makes no claim to hold one, and does not offer to perform work. Nothing here should be read as a recommendation of any particular contractor.

Photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate the type of structure under discussion. None is presented as a project located in Prescott or Yavapai County, and no claim is made about who built them.
Limitation
This site is provided as it is, without warranty. Decisions about construction, budget and contracting are yours, and are properly made with a licensed contractor and the relevant building department.
